We had our third session at Palmetto on Wednesday and focused a LOT on role models, dreams and goals. We also gave the kids notebooks that they will use as diaries to track their goals. The kids all wrote what goals they have for certain classes and then dated each column in their books. Every day they do something to work towards their goal they will write it in their diary under that date and we'll be checking them every Wednesday to check their progress. The kids were really excited to be getting their own notebooks.
On the volleyball side, we broke the kids up into groups and had different stations for them that focused on passing, setting attacking and blocking.
Thanks to Sarah, Kelli, Jaz, Michelle, and Gelli from the Olympia Girls Volleyball team for coming in to help out the kids.
